Modernity and Postmodernity
For this paper, you will define and explain modernity, postmodernity, and the relationship between the two. At a minimum, the paper must address the following items/questions:
How does sociology define the modern era, in terms of both its historical timeline (when was it), and its characteristics?
How does sociology define the postmodern era, in terms of both its historical timeline, and its characteristics?
Discuss the relationship between the two.
