Building Your Game Plan
Based on your analysis in JWI 581, as a CEO seeking to strengthen your organization and advance its mission, restate the strategic ideas you want to pursue for your Capstone Project. As you build out these ideas into a “game plan”, consider the questions below, taken from Jack’s 5 Slides:
What does the playing field look like? What are the market trends in your sector of the healthcare industry?
What has the competition been up to? How will your game plan address the risk of competitive challenges in your sector?
How will your recommendations improve your organization’s results in the short term (1 year) and long term (3 years)?
In your initial DQ post, write in the first person as the CEO of your organization. In responses to your peers, write as a Board member of their organization.
